All prices include VAT. Should the allocated bundle be used up within the month, additional SMS messages are charged at the out-of-bundle rate, which is considerably cheaper than standard SMS rates.
Contract and MyChoice customers:
Select the bundle that suits you and then contact your Service Provider to activate the subscription. The subscription is automatically renewed monthly, with the bundle cost added to your monthly account. To unsubscribe from the SMS Bundle service, contact your Service Provider.
Once-off SMS Bundles are not available to Contract and MyChoice Customers.
PayAsYouGo customers:
Dial 141 and follow the voice prompts to activate the SMS Bundle of your choice. This bundle will renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your activation. An SMS reminder will be sent to you about two days before the renewal to ensure your airtime balance is sufficient. Monthly deductions are made to your airtime balance. When necessary, a second SMS Bundle can be loaded as well. To unsubscribe from the SMS Bundle service, dial 141 and follow the voice prompts. PayAsYouGo subscribers can monitor their airtime and bundle usage by dialling 141 as well.
Once-off bundle:
PayAsYouGo and MyChoice customers can also purchase once-off SMS Bundles. These vouchers are available from participating retailers. Once the bundle has been depleted, SMS messages are charged as per your current price plan. To load your once-off SMS Bundle, follow the instructions on the voucher. Once-off SMS Bundles are also available on 141.
MyChoice TopUp customers who load SMS Bundle vouchers will have the rand value added to their prepaid balance.
