Get the details of each call you made with our Itemised Billing service.

How do I get it?

To activate your Itemised Billing, please call our Customer Care Helpline, or visit an MTN dealer or Service Centre You will receive your Itemised Bill through the post as part of your normal cellphone Invoice. You can also view your Itemised Calls online through our Online

If you require a once off itemised bill, contact our Customer Care Helpline on 808 (from an MTN cellphone) or 083 1 808 from any other line. A once off charge will be levied for use of this service. Click here to access online billing.

What does it cost?

Itemised billing has a monthly subscription charge of R17.20 (incl. VAT).
