Make at least one chargeable call every 90 days and never pay for access to our network for incoming calls.
Keep your cellphone number as you move between PayAsYouGo packages, or if you move to a contract price plan.
Dial 141 to manage your account, get updates and register for Big Bonus – it’s a free call.
Every day that you make a chargeable call to another MTN number for a minute or longer, we will credit you for the first SMS you sent on that day. SMS credits are done at 06h00 the following morning, and there is no carry-over (if you do not send an SMS that day, it will not carry over to the following day).
In the case of a multi-part SMS, i.e. three SMS messages for a picture message, the first SMS will be free and the remainder charged for. Your free SMS will not contribute to SMS PayBack rate levels on the PayBack payment option.
