How do I get it?
This service is automatically available to all MTN subscribers. Accessing the service is cellphone dependent so please consult your cellphone’s instruction manual.

How does it work?
Receiving two phone calls:
While talking on the first call you will be able to place this call on hold while answering the second call.

Switching between calls:
Your cellphone and the MTN network will allow you to switch backwards and forwards between two active calls.

Making a second call:
While speaking on one call you will be able to place this call on hold while you make a second call.

Can I speak to both callers at once?
Yes you can. With MTN’s Conference Call you will be able to speak to as many as five other people (including yourself that’s a total of six callers in one session).
