Call your Service Provider and ask to have this service enabled. Your Service Provider may require that you pay a once-off activation fee.
As an MTN contract subscriber, you are able to initiate a Conference Call by joining two or more calls, up to a maximum of five calls, with you being the sixth party to the call. These may all be incoming calls, dialled numbers or any combination thereof. This service is cellphone dependent. Please consult your handset instruction manual for more details.
Although PayAsYouGo subscribers cannot initiate a conference call, they can be included in one, as can callers from any other network or country.
Service Providers may require a once-off activation fee; thereafter there is no monthly subscription fee or call surcharge for using the service. You will be billed only for calls you’ve made and not for any incoming calls.
