If usage is exceeded, an applicable out-of-bundle rate per push will apply and there is no monthly carry over of unused pushes. If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset your PIN even if your account is locked by clicking on the Forgot your PIN option in the login dialog box. (This option will appear only after you have entered your cellphone number.)
You can also reset your PIN through our free One PIN line by dialing 083 1238000 from your cellphone and follow the voice prompts.
If you reset your PIN, you will be restricted from access to your personal information and certain online services for a period of 48 hours, after which you will have to verify ownership of your cellphone again.
