Conference Roaming
|
- There is no charge for Conference Calling. It is a Standard Service.
- If the customer requires Conference Calling without International Roaming or Unbarring a deposit will not be required
- Should a customer request Conference Calling with International Roaming and/or Unbarring, a signed written request has to be faxed to the Customer Services faxline on (011) 301-8880
- Where the customer already has the Conference Calling product loaded and also requires International Roaming, a deposit of R5,000 will be required before the International Roaming service can be loaded on the customers' account
- Where the customer only requires International Unbarring, and has the Conference Calling product loaded on the account, the same deposit of R5,000 will be required from the customer before the International Unbarring service can be loaded
- The above applicable deposit will be required per phone number, e.g. when a customer with two or more lines wants Conference Calling and International Roaming/Unbarring loaded on both of the lines, a total deposit of R10,000 will be required, i.e R5,000 per line
- Once this deposit has been made, a copy of the deposit slip must be faxed to (011) 301-8880
- The MTN Service Provider Terms and Conditions are also applicable to corporate applications
- Unfortunately, telephonic requests for International Roaming cannot be accepted
- Permanent Roaming will not be offered with the Conference Calling product
- The International Roaming Terms and Conditions are elaborated under the International Roaming policy
