International Roaming 
  • The subscriber has to make a written request 5 days prior to departure by completing an International Roaming/Unbarring form. Unfortunately, telephonic requests cannot be considered
  • If applying for International Roaming for the first time, a R500.00 security deposit will be required. This deposit will only be refundable 3 months from deactivation of the International Roaming and Unbarring service
  • In the case of a suspension or SIM swap on a previously unbarred number, international services will not automatically be added when the SIM is re-activated. In order to re-instate the International Roaming service the subscriber will have to re-apply in writing. In cases of suspension the customer will have to reapply. In the case of a SIM swap the International Roaming Department must be notified as the roaming facility is not automatically loaded on the new SIM card
  • Month to Month contracts as well as PAYG do not qualify for International Roaming
  • After the normal 24 months contract has expired, 3 months termination notice period applies on all lines with International Roaming
  • Please note that voice mail is charged as an incoming call. This is not a free service with International Roaming.
