Migration Policy 
  • The identity of the customer needs to be proved conclusively prior to migration.
  • In respect of the “One Key Question” method, an incorrect answer to the one key question will result in a denial of a migration request.
  • The customer account must be current in order for a successful migration to take place.
  • In the event of a successful migration of a customer package, all added services existing in the previous package will fall away.
  • The customer must have been on a package for a period of no less then three months before migrating to another package.
  • An upward migration will be done free of charge.
  • Fees will be incurred when performing a downward migration.
  • A migration will not occur without all the necessary documentation being received by the delegated authority from MTN SP.
