By entering the Competition and/or accepting any prize, all entrants and the winner agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. The Competition commences on 12/12/2011 and ends on 23/12/2011.
2. To qualify as an entrant in the Competition you must be a citizen or permanent resident of South Africa, currently residing in South Africa, and be 18 years old or older at the commencement date of the Competition.
3. The promoter of the Competition is Samsung Electronics South Africa (Pty) Ltd and/or its agencies ("Organisers").
4. In accordance with the confidentiality policies and practices of the Organisers, none of the entry details of any entrant in this Competition will be disclosed or used by the Organisers for any purposes other than for entry into the Competition.
5. To enter purchase a Samsung Galaxy Gio (S5660) at any MTN Store nationwide. You will automatically be entered into a draw to win one of 25 home makeovers. The winners will be randomly drawn on the 10^th of January 2012. The winners will be able to go to the nearest Samsung Brand Store and select any items of their choice up to the value of R25 000.00 including delivery. The winners must possess a valid TV license.
6. Entrants may enter the Competition as many times as they like.
7. The Organisers will interpret the Rules in their sole discretion and reserve the right to amend the Rules at any time during the Competition.
8. The Organisers, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any supplier of goods and services in connection with the Competition and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter the Competition.
9. No entry is valid until a validation process determined by the Organisers has taken place.
10. The winners of the prize(s) will be announced on the 10 of January 2012 and the winners will be called.
11. Prizes are not transferable. The Winners may not substitute the prize for cash. If the winner cannot be contacted another winner will be chosen.
12. Any prize not taken up from the date that the winner is announced for any reason will be forfeited.
13. The Organisers reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value.
14. The Organiser may require the winner and the winner agrees by entering the Competition to be identified, photographed, filmed and the aforegoing to be published in any media at no cost to the winner.
15. By entering the Competition and/or accepting any prize, the entrants and winner hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless the Organisers (including their subsidiaries, holding companies and affiliates), their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors ("Organiser Parties") from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
16. The Organisers reserve the right to terminate the Competition with immediate effect, without notice. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights which they may have against any Organiser Party and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature against the Organiser Parties.
17. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Organisers will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Organisers are not liable for any failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
19. Any prize is accepted by a winner at his/her own risk and the Organisers are not liable, at any time, for any defect in the prize.
