| A | If you wish to cancel your contract, you need to give MTN Service Provider at least 30 days notice. Your contract does not automatically terminate after 24 months - you need to inform MTN Service Provider of your intention to cancel. If this notification is not received, your contract will continue to run on a month-to-month basis until you decide to either upgrade or terminate. Early termination requests are possible but you will be liable for the remaining subscription for the full contract, as well as a fee for the phone. MTN Service Provider determines the fee and is dependant on the age of the contract at the time that the cancellation request is received. |
| A | Fax a written request to the Customer Care Department, listing your new and old postal details, attached with a copy of your ID. Or you can call the Customer Care Helpline. |

It is not possible to debit different bank accounts for the separate phone numbers. |
