That is why we are the first Service Provider in South Africa to offer loan handsets while your damaged phone is in for repair, giving you peace of mind and keeping you connected!
Along with all handset damage (including liquid damage), MTNSP Insurance also covers theft and loss at an average monthly premium of just R72. Insuring with us is also very convenient. We offer door-to-door collection and delivery of your damaged or faulty handset and deliver a loan phone of the same make. The loan will apply from the date of collection until delivery of the repaired handset, whether it is a warranty repair or a material damage repair.
